Orders and Shipping

After order confirmation, your package will be shipped the next working day if your payment is successful. However, as FunkyPaw is an international marketplace built in the UK, delivery time may vary between 1-20 business days depending on where you are located. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free delivery tracking is not available. You can track your delivery status with your order ID and billing e-mail. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you have specified combined delivery.

If you are experiencing error messages when making a payment, firstly, make sure you have inputted the correct details by checking all the information correctly. If your credit or debit card was declined, check to see if your card is expired, out of date or your card billing address is different to the billing address on your FunkyPaw Account. If you are still experiencing issues, then your credit card company or bank may have more information.

We accept Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and American Express cards via Stripe Payment Gateway. As soon as you complete the payment by debit/credit card (which is processed in real-time), you will instantly receive an order confirmation mail – with details of your order.

If the product you have paid over the internet is out of stock, there is a minimum waiting period of 4 (four) and a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be given to the consumer between these dates, their payment will be returned to them.

If your expected delivery date has passed, then please head over to our contact us section and we will be happy to sort it for you. It may be that your delivery is in more than one parcel due to some items being dispatched via third party logistics. So, the delivery time maybe slightly different from our usual 48-hour service and therefore your products could be delivered separately. So please be patient whilst we get your products over to you.

Returns and Exchanges

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original package.

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order (include photos). Items that arrive incorrect will be replaced or altered. If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
FunkyPaw will process your refunds as soon as your return is approved. However, please allow up to 3-7 business days for your refund to reach your bank account. This can depend on your bank’s policy.
